I created this meditation to guide you to awaken the sacred feminine essence of your soul and allow it to permeate through every aspect of your being, so that you can enter the feminine spiral path of ecstatic awakening through the living temple of your body.

Like Kali Durga, she may wield an ax of mercy, with ruthless compassion cutting through whatever no longer serves you, be it toxic or outworn relationships, tired life stories, or anything that would keep you from knowing yourself as the sovereign queen of your own life that you are.

Be sure her unrestricted movements will defy any sort of neat and tidy description. She knows how to unlock energy, how to release contractions, how to dance to the song whose rhythm is created by her own heartbeat. She is your divine feminine life force, your personal expression of Shakti. And She is here to set you free.

Once you know and claim her as your own, you will no longer seek acceptance or approval from anyone or anything outside yourself, no longer feel a need to judge, blame, or live in limitation or shame, because you recognize the infinite power that you are, born from the perfect union of Love birthed into form. And as you connect to your primal soul essence, your deep intuitive presence, your purpose naturally unfolds in each moment. Like Shiva, you dance in Shakti’s fire, in rapture, being fully present in every moment of your life. 

You become Life herself, dancing ecstatically through the unique expression of you.
